How is the strawberry soup that they serve at Park Faire? It sounds so good, yet I can't even imagine what it actually is (other than strawberries!). Is it cold? Also, does anyone prefer the early ressies, like 4:30 dinner. I've been making my ADR's for early times because I want time to go back to the parks, but then I'm wondering when I will be able to use my CS credits for lunch when I am eating such an early dinner. I didn't want to use all the CS credits for B-fast. Also, can you use the CS credits for any of the desserts in the World Showcase?

The strawberry soup is fantastic! It is very creamy and served cold.

It's one of the best things about 1900 PF! Kinda like a smoothie, but not frozen. Yum.

Like the pp said it is like a smoothie, very creamy and VERY COLD...It tastes WONDERFUL!!! Once my DD's tasted it that is all they wanted to eat!!!

It is so wonderful! I got the recipe and made it at home. If you do a search on this site it will come up. I can't remember exactly what is in it but it has strawberries, powdered sugar, sour cream, grenadine syrup, and regular cream (I think) or else I might have added it. Anyway I liked it so much that it is the first thing I am having while on my Aug trip! It is kind of hidden over near the fruit if I remember correctly.

We usually have early dinners to avoid waiting. We found that we would often split a CS meal back at the resort when we got back around 10pm or so. We did end up with a few extra CS's at teh end and used them to breakfast on the last day before we headed onto the ME to catch our plane.

That's what I was thinking. We could have a late night meal when we got back to the resort. We could also split an early lunch. Thanks for the responses! I can't wait until Aug. It's pretty sad, but I'm more excited then my kids!
