Strawberry Soup...1900 Park Fare!! Yummy!

We just got home Sat night and I had to make the magic last a little longer so I made the Strawberry Soup! It is soooooo good!!!

I found this on 4 kids n us website..also on Allears.


2lb., 8 oz. strawberries (frozen variety, thawed with juice)
16 oz. heavy cream
2 oz. sour cream
3 oz. plain yogurt
8 oz. fresh strawberries
1.
Mix first four ingredients.
2. Beat slowly until well mixed and a smooth consistency.
3. Chill; shake well before serving.
4. Add fresh strawberries as garnish.

STRAWBERRY SOUP

INGREDIENTS:

16 oz Strawberries (frozen variety, thawed with juice and pureed)
16 oz Sour Cream
1 tbls Lemon Juice (frozen variety, reconstituted, not concentrated)
2 tbls Vanilla Extract
3 oz Sifted Powdered Sugar (by cup measure)
1 tbls Grenadine Syrup
2 oz Half-and-Half

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Mix strawberries and sour cream, beat slowly until well mixed. While mixing, add grenadine, lemon juice, vanilla extract and sugar until a smooth consistency. Add half-and-half and mix for five seconds. Chill, shake well before serving. Fresh strawberry halves may be added as a garnish.

How was 1900 Park Fare? We went before the rehab and the food was great.
I read that the food changed. How was it and what type of foods did they have? Any good pasta dishes for people that don't eat meat? Thanks!
