Strategy help

Arriving on March 28th, here's my plan for each day with what Fastpasses I'm hoping to get:

28th - Animal Kingdom
Kilomanjara safari
Kali River Rapids
Festival of the lion king

29th - Epcot
Frozen ever after
Meet mickey & friends
Spaceship earth

30th - DHS
Toy story mania
Frozen show
Disney junior show

31st - MK
Seven dwarfs
Meet Elena & Cinderella
Enchanted Tales with Belle

My plan is to skip to Epcot day and try for Frozen ever after. Then I'm wondering if I should go back in and change the time of this ride or go to my DHS day for Toy story mania, then MK for 7 dwarfs and then go back and change the times? We have little ones and won't be in the parks all day long so the times are fairly important to me but I can be flexible if needed. I want a solid game plan.

Also, is Elena/Cinderella pretty hard to get? DD has her heart set on meeting Elena.

There is no fastpass for meeting Ana & Elsa correct?

And, reservations open at 7am not midnight right?

The FP system allows you to choose specific times - it will show you all available return times.

Begin with FEA and then move on to 7D followed by TSMM. Because of an additional track, TSMM is a little easier to get than 7D.

No FP for Anna and Elsa and wait times are not very long due to increased capacity.

I would say exactly what hiro said as it matches my experience just this past Sunday morning at 4am. FEW, 7DMT, TSMM in that order.

For changing times, I was able to tweak the times immediately and then I looked again last night. The times that show up as available seem to vary from screen to screen. For example, I might be offered 1:45p and two other times OR the option to select "see all available times". I selected to see the other times and got a long list of times but 1:45p is not on it even though it has options close like 1:35p or 1:50p.
