Strategy for reaching WDW Cast Member Ticket folks

I've been on hold for nearly 2 hours on 2 different phone lines to talk to someone to transfer tickets to a new date. MYDE crashes because it sucks. And, chat is 'unavailable' too. Is there a secret or just wait in the queue? I wish I had a DeLorean so I can go back in time and slap the phone out of my hand when I was doing DVC eSign but that's not really doable I guess.
 
Unless it's urgent -- I'd try another day. The hold times have been upwards of 2-hours on a fairly regular basis. Plus now with the news about Genie just released, I expect the phones are swamped with questions today.
 
I was given a call-back option this morning. I missed the calls (2) while I was packing for Disney. Can you call another WDW number while holding current call and see if you get a call-back option? They will call back - just don't be a dummy like me and leave phone in another room when they call!
 
This is another day and it's always hours of wait time. I've tried 3 diff numbers looking for a call back. My tickets were purchased outside of DVC so they could not help me.

I can only imagine those lovely calls. I've been on 1 call for 2+ hours and the other for 30 minutes but that's for "NEW" tickets. I bet that call gets picked up 1st. Just sayin' :)
