I've been on hold for nearly 2 hours on 2 different phone lines to talk to someone to transfer tickets to a new date. MYDE crashes because it sucks. And, chat is 'unavailable' too. Is there a secret or just wait in the queue? I wish I had a DeLorean so I can go back in time and slap the phone out of my hand when I was doing DVC eSign but that's not really doable I guess.
