Strategy For Getting FP+ at DHS Star Wars?

We're going Oct 28 -Nov 6 2019 so it's possible the Star Wars area will be open at that time. How will Disney roll out FP choices for this? Any predictions as to when we'll get a firm date and when PFs will appear on MDE? I'm guessing I'll have to check multiple times daily once my window opens, right?

Maybe. (But, from what has been discussed, at length, it seems less likely to be open by those dates. Stay tuned.)

Once the word on the ACTUAL dates of opening are posted, you and tens of thousands of your closest friends will be doing just that.

I would guess it's going to open near or after Thanksgiving. They'll probably make the new Star Wars rides tier one and it'll be really hard to get them.

Bill, you are nothing if not always prepared! Wait for an opening date for the land first. Way too early to stress about this!

And if my memory is correct - they announce in advance when FP will start being available. They're not just going to suddenly pop up one day without warning.

First of all I would not count on it being open for your dates. Maybe a soft opening. MAYBE. but there wouldn't be FP's for it.

When they announce the date you'll know.

There won't be a real "strategy" other than starting to look at the farthest day out you can. If you're there for 8 park days then start looking for 60+8. Basically the longer you are there and the further out you can look the more likely you'll get it.
