This morning while I was doing my walk, about a 12:20 per mile pace, I looked down and there was a mouse running along beside me. He kept pace with me for about a hundred yards, looking up at me a few times, then turned around and headed back.
I'm a big believer in omens so I'm trying to figure this one out. I obviously think it's Disney connected, since the Disney icon is a mouse.
I had a similar thing happen once before.
I was the First Sgt of the Comptroller squadron at Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, when the first gulf war started. I was out for a run in the desert trying to decide which of my children to send into harms way. Off to my right I heard a cry and looked over to see a large brown eagle flying along with me, then it flew off over the mountian. When I got back, just on a hunch I stopped at the command and control section and looked at the maps. The direction the eagle flew would be exactly right to go to the middle east where the battle was forming. I looked at this as a sign that my troops would be ok, they were going to be watched over. My decision was a lot easier then.
Thank you for listening, I wanted to share what happened.
