Southwest is having a sale on fares nationwide up to November 2. Now is the time to book my October trip. However.....
When I called the other day about extending my credit that would expire August 19th, I was told the extension would be from the day I called forward six months. They said that would place it at the end of October. When I called today to extend the credit, they said they would send me a voucher in the mail, and the credit would be extended six months from the original expiration date, so it would now expire on February 19th.
I usually book Southwest trips one way. When I checked the prices using round trip travel, I see the sale prices, but when I look again using one way trips, I don't see the sale prices. Is this just a hiccup in the system that will eventually clear and allow me to book my flights one-way??
This is all very confusing.
