Strange things you've read...

...so, I get a lot of medical history forms that come across my desk, and one caught my eye...a woman brough in her 6 year old daughter for warts on her feet. The reason for being there today, written in "today's complaint" section?

"She thinks her toe is pregnant."

Uhhh...OKAY! Why would a parent write that on there?!

Is her big toe going to give birth to the pinky one . That's too funny. Maybe mom needs a consult of a certain kind .

I have a friend who is the HR/Pyrl person at the local waterpark. When the kids are hired for the summer there is a release and a section the parents need to fill out.

She called me laughing one day because in answer to the question:
"Is there anything we need to now about your teen"
a parent had answered:
"Has No Brain"

I work for a personal training studio. In the paperwork you fill out to join, you are asked 3 reasons you want to lose weight/get into shape. Most of the answers are:

- my health
- my appearance
- better sleep

...you get the idea. I read one the other day that was a good one. This guy was all of 25 or so. His reasons were:

- his appearance
- depression because of divorce
- want to get hot and buff to show his ex-wife what she lost

Have to give him credit for being honest!

I know a girl that was applying for disability. She had to list reasons that she would need it. He back was the main factor, but due to her back, she listed that she couldn't "shave her own private area".(only she was a little more blunt) I kid you not. Even if it were true, there is no way that I would have put that on the form! lol

oh yeah, she didn't get it. Wonder why?
