Strange noise from Crocs

I have wondered the last few days where this beep type noise is coming from. It sounds like a car alarm being set.

I finally figured out it's from my Mammoth Crocs. I don't know why all of a sudden they started making a noise that sounds like a beep. It doesn't happen every time I step, but every once in a while. I don't have much carpet, but I think it only makes the noise when I walk on the laminate floor.

Anyone else have something like this happen?

AS long as its not 'redrum"...

I wouldn't worry about it!

No never heard that but my navy ones tend to "pop" alot but none of my other colors.

I have the cayman ones, I think. They are about 2 years old now. They squeak and make noises all the time. But then again, I wear them to the pool and back and they are getting wet all the time.

They have only been worn inside as slippers.

It's weird, it took me days to figure out that it was the floor and the Crocs together making the noise.

I am having some problems with my Mammoth Crocs making a weird noise too. I don't know if I would describe it as a beep but it's not really a squeak either. I noticed it when out shopping and it took me a bit to realize it was my shoes making the noise. At first I thought they were wet, but no, I checked them all over for anything odd but I don't see anything. I wonder if there is something that holds the fur stuff in that is making a noise? Mine aren't new either, wore them all last winter noise free!:confused3

Mine do that, at about the point where my foot rolls forward and the heel comes off the floor. They do it worse on my garage floor, and most store floors LOL I seriously think I'm going to have to find some other shoes to wear....I've become too attached to them and it's become a sickness LOL I really have to wear something else LOL

Well that is the closest noise I could find to describe the sound- one simple beep like a car alarm setting.

mine will make that "chirp" when I walk across the tile in the entry way of the house. its from the soft plastic of the shoe rubbing actoss the glazed tile surface.

My mammoths "poot" whenever I walk on hard surfaces. I wear them mostly around the house, but every now and again, I'll forget I'm wearing them and go to the store in them. It's really embarrassing.

Suuuure it's the shoes, I always blame the baby.

Only my high heels say 'redrum' when I wear them, and I'm not sure who's answering when I talk to myself.
