Strange names....

My music teacher in kindergarten-3 grade was named Ms. Muzik.

DD has a girl in class name "Kyhna", pronounced "China".

I worked with a woman who named her daughters Verushka and Contessa.

I have seen pictures in the paper here - a long time ago - of a brother and sister named LIberty and Justice - I can't remember which was the girl and which was the boy.

I met a guy named Dick Short. Went to high school with a David Davidson. A friend of my mom's married name was Marsha Marshall.

I had a teacher in high school whose last name was Stanley, he named his kids Stan and Lee

I don't like hyphenated names, but the other day I saw a couple who I think should hyphenate if they marry. Her last name is Wild and his is Flowers.

My youngest sister's initials (until she got married) were PEE.

I have an uncle whose middle name is Five. (He was the fifth kid and my grandmother was running out if ideas, I guess!) He is married to my aunt Avadna; only one of those I've ever known. I also have another aunt named Eula, and a niece named Merrie Gay...

my best friend was Rianda(ree an duh)...a combo of her grandmother's names....it also would have been her name if she had been a boy.

All of these posts are reasons why I love going through the kids school directories!! Such fun giggling at the idiocy of names.

Of course, some may think the same thing about our choices Cassidy and Abi
