Strange 2br lock-off question..

If you are renting a 2br look-off and one of the units (studio or 1br) are ready before the other will they let you check into one? Say the studio is empty at one pm on check in day but the 1br unit isn’t available till 4, would they let you check into the studio This is a trip I am planning for in Jan 22 at BWV with my mil. She has mobility challenges and it will mostly a resort stay. I want to make her first Disney trip in 40 years magical!

We stayed in a 2 BR lockoff at BWV this past December. When we checked in, around 2pm- ish, only the studio was available. The 1 BR was still being cleaned by housekeeping. Front desk offered to let us in the studio portion so we could drop off our luggage and freshen up after our travels. It was great. We are a family of 5 so it was a bit cramped initially but we were so grateful to at least get in to a part of our room when we arrived. We did hear housekeeping in the 1 BR portion, so we were able to tell when it was done.
