I can only hope that I would keep my sense of humour about me like you've managed to,if I'd gone through what you have I doubt it though!

This is one of the reasons I wouldn't consider flying indirect to The US,no matter how cheap the seat

Hello Everyone,

Home at last....

Arrived home this morning after a fantastic holiday. Totally exhausted as we had to pack a 13 day holiday into only 11 which made for a less relaxing break than we planned. As the family had never been to Orlando we had to do absolutely EVERYTHING and we just about managed it - including NASA!!

Trip reports will be following in the next few days, just a couple of strongly worded letters to write first!!

In the meantime if there are any questions, fire away...

So glad that you managed to have a good holiday after all.

As for BA - my mum works customer service for them, and she was telling me the other week that they do nothing for people who are stuck due to the weather - it is regarded as beyond their control and so they are not responsible.

We flew into Manchester on the day you flew out Sue-thankfully on a direct flight-otherwise we might have got stuck in the opposite direction.

It was nice of us to leave you some heat behind wasn't it?

We only had a week-but it was fab!
