Straight to Test Track?

Epcot opens at 9am and we already have 10:35 FP to Soarin' so if we want to do Test Track, should we go straight there?

Also, I'm tempted to try and move all of our FP earlier so we can get a 4th one earlier in the day. How early do I dare go with Soarin' and still be able to do Test Track right away?

Yes, go straight to Test Track at Rope Drop.

I don't think it matters much that you couldn't move your Soarin' FP up, because by the time you're eligible for a 4th FP, there really isn't anything at Epcot that's worth getting a 4th FP for (in other words, Test Track and Soarin FPs will be all gone by the time you could get a 4th FP).

My experience go there asap if weather is goood. We've always had back luck getting to Epcot later, where TT was rained/ lightening out. Then Soarin becomes a mess without FP.

Slightly off topic, but do you think its realistic to expect a fast pass available for TEST TRACK if I reserve it 4 to 5 days prior to going to Epcot?
Specifically July 13th, so July 8th or 9th I'd be able to reserve the FP (if available).

Definitely go straight to test track. This has worked well for us. We had one morning where it was closed at park opening but we came back in like an hour and rode single rider.

Most times of year, this should work. A busy time like mid-July, harder to say.

Absolutely, go straight to Test Track at rope drop for the shortest line.

If you wanted to use your 3 FP as early as possible, and you can't find anything earlier than 10:35am for Soarin', you could maybe try moving one of your other FP rides to before Soarin', such as MissionSpace or SpaceshipEarth at 9:35am? Note that with your FP, you have a one-hour window in which to return, the windows cannot overlap, and you can return 5 minutes early and supposedly up to 15 minutes late.

Of course, like others said, even if you use your first 3 FP before noon, there might not be FP left for Soarin/TestTrack, but who knows. We were very surprised on our last trip that TSMM still had FPs available at 1pm with 8-9pm return time (on busy weekend day with RnRC down briefly in morning and ToT running at half capacity).
