Straight "A"s on report card

I saw a post that if your child takes their report card with all "A"s they can get a free ice-cream sundae. Does any one have details on this?

Last summer at Loews hotels at USF/IOA , kids with A's on their report cards could get free sodas at the hotel - perhaps you were on the Universal board - I haven't seen this at WDW - anyone?

The S/D has the straight A club at WDW. Just bring your report card in with straight A's and you get a free ice cream.

The Straight A club at the Dolphin also gave my DS's white baseball caps with the Swan/Dolphin logo and the wrds Straight A club printed on the front. The boys thought that they were a great souvenier.

Do you have to stay at the S/D to get this treat ? ... can you get it if staying at another onsite Disney resort?

This is only at the S/D, not at the other Disney resorts, and you must be a guest at the S/D. My daughter got the hat and free ice cream last year.

How young do you have to be for the straight A club? I could make my 15 yr old do it..... (Only kidding!)

Several years ago, my DD and I stayed at the Disney Institute and went for dinner at the restaurant there (I believe it is no longer open). During dinner, we were chatting with the server and I mentioned that we were celebrating the fact that DD had straight As on her report card. When we finished dinner, the server brought out a really neat chocolate desert for my daughter. It had a star on it. She told my DD that it was a star for a star! Very nice!

My kids' report cards are the "newfangled' kind with checks and check-plusses...no As, Bs or Cs. Will they get an ice cream with some check plusses?
