Hi,

This is my first time posting to this board and I'm so excited to have found it!

I have a question about Belle's storytime:

Is it always at 11:00? What time should we get there to get a good spot?

Belle is a favorite princess around our house - we even named our new puppy "Belle"!

I'm not sure if it is always at 11:00, but can say that once you find out what time it is, I would plan on getting there at least 15 minutes before the start time to find a seat. This takes place in a small garden on the side of the castle and I really think most people miss this venue. My DDs really love this...it is really much more intimate than any of the other shows and they pick children from the audience to be in the show.

I can feel your excitement...had the same feeling once I found this board, too!!

Have fun planning and enjoy all the wonderful information you can find here!

Storytime with Belle happens several times during the day. Check the MK schedule. I'd get there no less than 15 minutes before, preferably more if you want a good seat. My DD loves this event. On our last trip she was chosen to be Chip up on stage. That made her day.

Make sure you pick up a "Showtime Shedule" as you enter the park. They have them out right where you pick up the park maps. It will list all the show times. There are usually several times for the Belle show. It is a small garden theatre which is very pretty and an intimate spot for a cute show. Try to get there early to get a nice seat for your children.

Enjoy!! ::MinnieMo

I can't believe so many responses so quickly!

I'm also so excited because, thanks to the information on this board, I got my PS for Cinderella's Table too!

Thanks to everyone who shares information and tips - I'll be spending alot of time here in the near future!

90 days and counting down!!

It does happen a few times a day I think.
The last 2 times we went...my daughter (at 3 then again at 4) was in the story/play. She was Chip...... It is sooooooo cute!
Not a bad seat in the place (they tend to leave the very front for the wee ones and the parents hang in the back.
Have fun!

There's not much shade or seating here and it gets really hot. Keep that in mind when you plan.

This is so cool. Dont miss it. When we went in 2000 my daughter who was 5 at the time, was chosen to be Cogsworth and my husband was chosen to be the Beast! He was hilarious. And we got some great pictures!!

I want to stress what everyone else said - If you want to have a chance to be a participant, then get there early. In December 2001, we were sitting at the show when 3 of my family members were asked to participate! My DS who very timid declined, but my boys got a part in the show as Gaston and Maurice.

Oh I think this show is just darling. :) If you want to increase your chances of being picked, keep an eye out for Belle's assistants- a few young women dressed in mob caps and old fashioned dresses. They do some of the chosing. If you let them know your child is interested, they just might be able to help. However, keep in mind that I've never actually tried this approach for myself! (they don't have any roles for young women...just 5 kids and a man.)
