In our search for a rental home in Windso Hills we have found the Storytime Kingdom...

I have seen great reviews in the past, but was wondering if anyone has very recent reviews of this specific home?

Clean?
Management company efficient?
Communication with owners?
Quality of home/furnishings?

We just stayed at StoryTime Castle in March. We had no problems, everything was as advertised, and our communications were as expected. The home was very clean (no dust, bugs, grime anywhere), but if you were really picky the carpet was a bit worn/stained on the steps. The beds were not very comfortable. They were hard, really. The rest of the furnishings were nice enough, nothing in disrepair.


I would assume their other homes are similar.

I would stay there again.

Everything has gone smoothly thus far...

The themed rooms really won us over as we have 4 kids who will love them...

I answered your other post also- did not see that you had specifically asked about Story Time. We used them last year and we are using them again this year. I just sent them our down payment yesterday for the last condo available for the week we will be there in October.

We had no problems last year, and I felt like the communication was good. Very pleasant to work with. The furnishings were relatively new and in very good shape. I like their lock system, which is a push button key pad. There must be a reason why all of thier homes stay booked up most of the time!
