Storytelling at AKL???

Can anyone tell me what time the storytelling is at AKL (is it the same time every day)?? And can anyone attend, or do you have to be a resort guest? We have a PS for Boma at 7pm, but we are staying off site.

As I recall it started at 7:30 during our stay...September/October. Just give the AKL a call to make sure.

When I was at AKL last December storytime was at 6:30 PM. I'd check with AKL guest relations when you get down to Disney. I suspect times very seasonally with the time of sunset.

It is definitely EARLIER in the winter months than in the summer, so check with the AKL.

And honestly, I wouldn't make a special trip to the AKL to do this. We did it while staying there in August and it was fun for a bit but my daughter got bored after 45 minutes of the story and it STILL was not done (and frankly so did I) so she wanted to do other things. Just my two cents.

I have to agree with you Michelle - we must have had the same storyteller! When we went last year, we only made it through about 20 minutes so I'm not sure how long it actually lasted, but it was way too long and not that interesting for us (DW, DD-14, DS-11 and myself). Maybe it depends on the storyteller, but it definitely would not be worth a special trip, although Boma and the AKL in general are absolutely worth the trip!

Thanks for the replies!! I guess if it's happening while we're there, great, but I won't change our PS. I'm not sure how long DS would last anyhow (he's 4).

What a coincidence, I had just been wondering the same thing myself.! Thanks for asking! I didn't see where any of the replies mentioned whether or not this was exclusive to guests of AKL. If anyone knows, or if I missed it, could someone please post? I'm thinking if I'm going to Boma anyway, it wouldn't hurt to drop by and see what it's like.
