Storyteller's?

Hi there, just wondering how good Storyteller's buffet is for dinner? Is it offered every night? We will be at Disneyland from May 27th to June 3rd. We usually go to Goofy's but I wanted to try Storyteller's for dinner one night and my husband loves roast beef or prime rib. Just wanted some feedback. Also, how soon do I make my ps's? Thanks for your help.

The food was good quality, but it seemed like there wasn't a large variety to choose from. The BBQ chicken was rather good. The other parts that stand out in memory are the bread they serve and the dessert offering. The dessert offering was definitely NOT lacking. Some of the best brownies I've ever had.
