Story Time Vacation Homes... check in time?

I see that check in is 4pm.... has anyone been able to get in earlier than that? I want to have groceries delivered...

We are not able to get into our house any earlier this Nov. as the previous people leave at 11 am that morning so they need time to clean etc., but the management company did say we could make arrangements for deliveries if we liked, but i thought we would wait as i would like to check out the cooking items prior to going shopping...
