I have ressies at POFQ in June. Will be arriving early and want to know
if anyone has had success storing a portable fridge PLUGGED IN. I will have milk, cold cuts etc in the fridge and don't want to risk them spoiling. We want to go directly to the water parks but I am not sure what we can do about the fridge if our room isn't ready.

Anyone been successful in having a fridge plugged in while in storage awaiting your room?

Thanks,
PADisneyMom:)

They'll store your stuff in their refrigerator until you get your room, so you shouldn't have a problem.

What I would be most concerned about, even if they did plug it in, is that those mini fridges take a little while to get cool. We have one in our pop-up camper, and we don't put any food in it until it's been plugged in for at least 2 hours or so, per recommendation of the fridge manfacturer.

I'm curious about this question as well. We may be switching resorts half way through our stay & are wondering about our cooler/fridge on the day we switch resorts. It would be plugged in before we leave the first resort, as well as in our van on the way to the second resort, so would already be cool. Do they have a place to plug them in...it seems like a lot of trouble to transfer everything to their fridge when ours could be plugged in.

Thanks,
Lisa

Does anybody out there know the answer to this? Please reply as it will have a large impact on my planning.
