Store that sells discount pins in Orlando area...

Guys, forgive me if this is just my overactive imagination, but I could have sworn that I read some time ago that there was a store in the Orlando area which sold discounted WDW souvenirs and pins. Am I right? Does anyone know where the store is and approximately how much the pins go for? I think I would be willing to pick up a few before venturing into the parks next week.

The Premium Outlets off of I-4 (just a few miles past Disney...) has a Character Outlet store. They have Tons of stuff. Some for Amazing deals. I've gotten pins there for a few $ before.
