Stopping points on I-75

I am planning our summer trip. Does anyone know of Chick Fil A or neat restaurants with Indoor/outdoor
play areas? I remember a Chick Fil A in TN with a lovely outdoor playground, but can't remember where it is. We are coming from KY and will be running I-75.

Lots of Chick Fil A's on 75. We have stopped in Tiftin & Valdosta, Ga. Both have playgrounds. You can do a google search on I-75 exits & there is a website that has painstakingly documented each exit and the available facilities for each.

I can't really answer this for you, but I bought a book called Along I-75. We drive from Michigan and used it on our last trip. I liked it so much that I purchased a newer version for this trip. It details the entire route for you including what is located at every exit. It's super helpful and very much worth the $20 I spent. It also gives you interesting facts along the way and points out common speed traps, which is much needed for a Michigander!

There is a fairly new one in Macon with an indoor play area. It is located on I-75 Bass Road exit. Only problem is you have to skip the I-475 bypass to get to it. If you take the bypass I do NOT recommend stopping at the one located at Exit 3 in Macon. It is NOT a very safe area.

There is a free app for smartphones called, iExit. It is also very helpful. It list all restaurants, gas stations, hotels, etc... You can check miles ahead to plan breaks. You have to be on the interstate (or very near one) to use it so it helps to have someone with you to use the app while you are driving.

You really just need to figure out about where you will be when you want to stop and then do a locator on CFA. http://www.chick-fil-a.com/Locations/Locator

There are many along the way, they are consistently nice and clean with a good meal. The locator will tell you if there is a playground or not.
