Stopping at store before arriving at DLR - any advice?

My husband, 2.5yr old daughter and I are spending a week at Disneyland Hotel in mid September. We've hired a car/limo service (Lansky) to drive us from SNA to DLH. We have the option of stopping (for no extra charge) at Target or Vonns on our way to DLH.

Which one would you recommend?
Is the Target a Super Target with grocery items?

I'm already planning to pack things like ponchos, first aid kit, wipes, sunblock, etc. So, I was thinking that if we stopped at a store we'd pick up:
- Goldfish crackers, pretzels, etc for our daughter's midday snacks
- Juice boxes
- Bananas, clementines and other "portable" fruits
- Bread, peanut butter & jelly

Any tips or advice about stopping somewhere, or things to get?

We are using Lansky also. If you just can't wait to have your In-N-Out fix, I've confirmed with them that you can use your "one stop" at In-N-Out.

oooooh really?? We love In-N-Out and since we aren't renting a car, we figured we wouldn't be able to make a visit! hmmm....decisions, decisions.....

We're using Lansky's to get us from Universal to Disneyland. Since Target closed down in Canada there are some makeup brands that I can't get anymore so our stop is definitely going to be at a Target!

Both times I used Lanskys they didn't allow me to choose the store. First time was Vons, 2nd time was Target (and I asked for Vons bc of produce).

Side note, are you bringing your own carseat? If not I would ask them the make and model carseat they plan on providing and then go to a baby store to familiarize yourself with proper installation. We had 2 different drivers and one had no clue how to install and didn't have the manual. Also last year borh carseats provided were expired, thoght I've been assured by the owner they were both replaced. He said he didn't know carseat expire, and that lack of knowledge about his profession doesn't instill much trust! I will never use them again unless I bring my own car seats or once the kids are older and no longer require them.

I believe Vons will have all of those items available in their online ordering system, they will deliver to the hotel for you, and the first time you use them, there is no charge for the delivery. I can't recall if there is a minimum for the cost of your 1st order, but I don't think so. After you use them and make an account, there is a fee for delivery unless you have a coupon code and /or buy promoted items.

Add a case of water to your list and some other drinks, they would be pretty expensive to buy individually every day.

Then you can use your stop at In-N-Out!
