Stop stealing concierge

Well my last day of calling in and to no avail... booked a savannah view studio and waitlisted the concierge. I hope my waitlist comes through but either way I won't be dissappointed.

Now don't forget 5 months to make your dining!!!!!! :cool1:

I called MS on Dec. 13th to modify a reservation we had at AKV. I asked if they had any concierge level rooms available during the days we were going to be there. When they checked they said they had the night of March 30th available, so we booked it using developer points. We have yet to receive an e-mail or paper confirmation for that night (we did with the other part of our reservation). I have called three times since then to let them know that we haven't received a confirmation notification yet. They assure me (after much searching for the ressie on their part) that it is there. I called yet one more time today to see if they'll send me a confirmation. They said they would call back today or Mon. when they've found our reservation. I expressed my frustration with DH and he talked to another MS CM and got the same run around. If they lost our reservation I'm going to explode!! :headache:

Have you checked the DVC website to see if your concierge room is showing up under your vacation details? Everyday after I get off the phone with MS I get online to check my vacation details and make sure it's there. So far so good! It's not a confirmation but at least it's something!
 

Oh, I hope the rumor of more Concierge rooms being added is going to be true. This is going to be so hard to get a room! I have one for this May, I am afraid that I am going to fall in Love with it!!!:goodvibes

Unfortunately, if you use developer points, they don't show up in the members' website. An updated good news...the 2 CMs that DH and I talked to earlier today both called back and they found the concierge reservation. They even were able to give us a confirmation # and sent us an e-mail confirmation, too. Yea! Finally something concrete after 30 days!! :)
 
Got my last night! I am so excited!
 
Woo Hoo!!!! I got my last 2 nights! Eight nights in a concierge studio... it is possible!:wizard:
