Keeping drinking your Gatorade. Start drinking small amounts of other hydrating fluids as well. Broth, juice, etc.
Tylenol or ibuprofen for fever, aches and pains. Fever causes dehydration, in addition to any vomiting you might be having. Hopefully that part of the flu has passed at this point.
When you are ready to try some food, keep to simple items. A lean turkey or chicken in a simple sandwich, chicken soup, bananas, toast and non-flavored crackers are good options. Greasy and fried foods are harder to digest and can cause more nausea.
