Stomach Ache

For some reason the salad I ate last night gave me a stomach ache.

Oy, it is hard to be low carb with a stomach ache!!!

Any suggestions?

Sometimes salad does that to me too. Even without dressing. I think Salads can spoil easily. And also a lot of dressings are acidic.
