Has anyone gotten online to find that something's missing? Well, I have and it's gone farther than I can handle.

For my birthday, my good friend gave me a top hat because my brother traded the one I already had. Well... I got on and it was gone! We's made the password very secure and nobody other than my brothers and my Dad know it (and me, of course)... but it's gone anyways. This had happened before with a few rare and then a couple weeks ago with a chair I bought for my quest... and now it's the top hat which I loved. I wrote to VMK really mad telling them it was missing. They finally got back to me and said they looked at my records and said that I apparently traded it and got something in return and that they weren't going to give me anything. At this point, I've had it. It took me all of my might to keep from writing and demanding it back before I tell everyone I know that this is a stupid game. Whenever I write to them, they go in the defense of other players and say WE did something wrong (such as the ban I had).

Has anyone else had anything suddenly missing from their inventory? And only 1 thing, not everything, even if everything else is rare?

Well, I guess I'll go play my violin as I cry a bout the stupid VMK staff.

I was putting 15 items in a trade, for something of better value, cant remmber. And I added my flame wall

yea your brothers might have hgot into your account (they live with you you know)

go to http://disney.go.com/guestservices/your_account/index.html log in using your VMK login name and go to modify.. you should then be able to change your password there.

Also you should make your password your last name, it's a good idea to me
( unless it's a very common last name )

was your old password (i'm assuming you had enough sense to change it) something obvious? if so, a friend on vmk may have guessed it and gone on your account. i'm only thinking this bc i did this to my sister on the computer (not on vmk!!!! on something else!!!!!!!!!). her password was soooo obvious (ilovedisney). all i can say is pick a really weird password and BE CAREFUL!!!!

Nope, it wasn't obvious at all. Many numbers nobody would know, 3 names... nothing that would be remembered by any friends.

And why they stole that and nothing else... I'll never know. All I know is that the staff didn't do a very good job telling me what I want to know. What I got in return for losing my favorite hat.

It's kinda like when I got banned... they reviewed what we said and said we were banned fairly, but they won't let me know what I said. I just want to have proof that I should've been banned. Just like I've lost my hat.

ilovedisney is VERY obvious. My rl friend lost his golden ears. So he changed his password to something in a diffrent language. IMO that's a good idea. And so is Blue's last name is tricky.

Never did get the top hat back. As many of you know, I am a boy, and usually the one playing the account. My sister started it, which is why she was talking about brothers. I would never trade the top hat, it's pretty much my account anyway. Luckily I got another, but VMK staff really have to get trade records or something like that. They shouldn't just say that I "traded it and got items in return" because they don't know what it feels like to lose all your stuff. I think they need to train them better.
