Has anyone gotten online to find that something's missing? Well, I have and it's gone farther than I can handle.

For my birthday, my good friend gave me a top hat because my brother traded the one I already had. Well... I got on and it was gone! We's made the password very secure and nobody other than my brothers and my Dad know it (and me, of course)... but it's gone anyways. This had happened before with a few rare and then a couple weeks ago with a chair I bought for my quest... and now it's the top hat which I loved. I wrote to VMK really mad telling them it was missing. They finally got back to me and said they looked at my records and said that I apparently traded it and got something in return and that they weren't going to give me anything. At this point, I've had it. It took me all of my might to keep from writing and demanding it back before I tell everyone I know that this is a stupid game. Whenever I write to them, they go in the defense of other players and say WE did something wrong (such as the ban I had).

Has anyone else had anything suddenly missing from their inventory? And only 1 thing, not everything, even if everything else is rare?

Well, I guess I'll go play my violin as I cry a bout the stupid VMK staff.

I have. I asked the older one and he wanted to keep it and knew how much I liked it. Too innocent. My other brother that knows the password also said he didn't steal it, he was actually worried for us that someone got into our account.

My brother doesn't care about Alionette at all, just his account.

And the one I share Alionette with has learned how mad I get if he trades something I like, so he asks me whenever he thinks he's found a good trade

Allionette, I agree with you on the "stupid VMK Staff" idea. Phinny has booted me out of her rooms when I walked in the door.. Hula was completely rude to me when I asked her a question and so on.

I have also felt the feeling that no one is on the other side of your message. I once sent in about the time that I dc when I was supposed to win inferno. Nothing has came back to me in months. No Inferno, no message.

Finally, are you sure no one else has your password? I was on another website once and lost all my points and stuff even though I had never told anyone. I also, on VMK had an instance where when I traded for a Gold Mickey Ears, they arrived in my inventory a day late. That may be what happened to you.

But I totally agree with VMK Staff are stupid. They are paid to help and all they do is flaunt their ears and run unfair games.

yes Changing your password is a good idea. Maybe. I have a idea. Change your password, and DON'T tell your brothers. When they try to go on, the ld pass won't work. Then that may scare them. If they were lying, one of them will say "I took your hat and went on your account!" If that doesn't work just change you pass and don't tell your brothers anyway. (They can make their own Characher if they want to)

I would change my password and not let your brothers know. No matter how much your brothers seem to care, they also love to torture their sister!

Make your password a difficult combo, like your birthday and age.( ex. 28069412).

Omg the same thing happened to me! I had just traded with someone and they gave me alot in exchange for a rare item. when i went to look in my inventory after there was nothing! I told Vmk and they told me i should be careful when i trade! i was like What?!? i traded fair and i should have stuff! but they wouldn't do anything about it. So i know how your feeling.

I know brothers and I would be willing to bet everything I have in my VMK inventory that one of them traded it for something and then traded whatever that was to their own account. If VMK says it was traded then it was traded.

I would follow the suggestions of changing your password you can find out how to do that in the players guide located at the top of this forum.

i had my kali couch stolen from my account and changed my password and then lost 5,000 credits... idk how it happened but someone is getting into my account

Ditto to what others said. Change your password, and if your brothers have a hissy fit about it, simply tell them they need to create their own account if they'd like to play the game. If your dad still wants to have your password, that's one thing; but I'd also ask him not to give it out to your brothers because things have been traded away without your knowledge. Hope you get another hat soon; sorry this happened!

go to http://disney.go.com/guestservices/your_account/index.html log in using your VMK login name and go to modify.. you should then be able to change your password there.
