Stockholder's Meeting - Just Got Back

I thought I had read somewhere that Eisner does sell hot dogs in one of the theme parks once a year. Isn't that what that story was about, where he didn't make the right change to one of the guests or something?

No! What they say to me is that the lack of creativity left within the company has gotten so bad they have to steal ideas. I did some searching yesterday and found an Italian site with the comic book. Granted I don't read Italian BUT had a striking resemblance to that "other" middle school moving on to high school wizard and Quidditch master we've all heard of!

You may have found the correct site because I remember one of these product lines did have an Italian connection - something about being in Italy before being spread worldwide.

I was at the stockholder's meeting yesterday, but did not make it until the end (by 1:30 I was starving & had a headache). If I had known that we would not be allowed to bring in a bag, i would have brought a bigger purse & stuffed it with food!!!!!!!

There were 35 TDS cast memebers working there yesterday. My DM and SM where there, and the CMs didn't gett any food either. Poorly handled!

The OP summed up the meeting very well. The only thing I will add is my shock to the woman in the grey t-shirt & basball hat who yelled at Michael when he looked over and apparently spoke to Bob I. She was asking a question about the items we were voting one, and just turned into this nasty person! I am not a big ME fan, but he handled that crazy woman very well.

I loved that TV producer! Good for a giggle ;)

Alice from Pentagon City was right on. Kudos to her.

I was very disapointed with Andy Mooney's presentation. he did not even mention the Disney Stores. This really annoyed me. I walked out after that, still wearing my old TDS uniform (fortunately, my DM did not see me, I might have gotten in trouble). They are really throwing away an opportunity there. They say in the annual report that more people go to TDS than the parks & resorts, but they want to sell???

OK, off my soap box. Roy & Stanley's rally was great fun. The goodie bag has been put to good use. My mom loved the t-shirt and I think she wanted me to give it to her. I could see her wearing it at her ritzy Phila. tennis club while playing squash or something. Wouldn't that be funny? (it says SaveDisney.com)

Just curious .. who said one could not bring in a bag? I had both my purse & a bag I use for school. My bag had a folder with various mailings I had received the past several weeks, a baggie with pretzels, a water bottle, gloves, etc. The security lady asked me to put both my purse & bag to the side when she wanded me. She took a quick look inside both before she let me go up the escalator.
