On the Deluxe dining plan does an dinner (steak) come with a side (Mac and Cheese) as part of your dining credit or is the side an extra cost?

Everything that is in the description of the entree is included, but if the mac and cheese is in a separate section of the menu called something like Accompaniments, Sides or Add-ons and has a separate price point it is not included and will have to be paid for OOP.
