Thank you they did give me a voucher for a plush of thiers on property but it isn’t the same i took the plush so it was like my sister who didn’t go with us was at Disney

So: Disney is looking for your item, Disney gave you a voucher for a free plush?

That would probably have been good information to include on your first post, where you blamed Disney staff for stealing your Stitch.

Them closing your claim means they looked into it extensively and couldn't find the thing. Does not indicate that they took it whatsoever.

A few years ago, my husband didn't realize that he had his sunglasses on his lap during a Spaceship Earth ride thru at EPCOT. He realized after when the glasses were missing. They searched for them when we reported it to the CM's at the ride right away and then we also filed a report with GS at EPCOT. They looked and looked and never found them and closed the case. Does that mean one of the animatronics in SSE stole my DH's sunglasses??!? NO! It just means they got lost or possibly damaged from falling on the ride and they are gone forever. He went and got new sunglasses. End of Story.

I know this stuffy meant alot to you but you really need to let it go at this point and move on.

I gave an example and you need to open your mind a bit, for 30 years of going to WDW and not losing anything, it was definitely NOT about the sunglasses, just that they were lost. And definitely get over it, you're too super focused on it and the thing isn't coming back. Stop claiming they stole things they didn't, how would you feel if someone claimed you stole something of theirs and you definitely did not.

It IS TIME TO MOVE ON and stop accusing people of stealing a stuffed animal that YOU left on your bed. It doesn't matter if there were two others on the bed. When stripping beds they are moving very quickly and it's possible they simply didn't see one and it was caught up in the linens. They stuff those linens into a big bag and put outside. Someone else picks them up and takes them to a large laundry facility. It probably got put in a big bin with other lost items then transported to the big lost and found.

Honestly they likely didn't even look for it through the masses of stuff because (1) It was a newer item that could easily be replaced and had no real value. (2) They gave you a voucher to replace with a like/similar/new item. They DID reimburse you for your loss. Probably is in storage space until it is delivered to the charity thrift store that they donate all the items to.

A lesson was learned, don't leave your personal items on the beds that get stripped & made ... because they might get scooped up by ACCIDENT. I have left out my computer, accidently left out medicine that would get a sweet price on the black market, DS's iPod and more actually valuable stuff .... and in 140+ visits in Disney hotel rooms since 1992 have NEVER had anything go missing.

Why would anyone risk their job to steal an inexpensive common stuffed animal they could probably buy for a dollar at the CM store??? They won't, they didn't. It was an accident. Disney closed the case, you were reimbursed with a voucher, time to move on.

Your claim was closed because the time in which it would have come to light has passed. The odds strongly suggest housekeeping accidentally swept it up with the sheets and it got wrecked in laundry.

To be blatantly honest- nobody wants to steal a used stuffed animal of minimal dollar value. I am sorry for your emotional loss but accidents happen.

What was the purpose of your entire post?? That no one should go to WDW because they "steal" used stuffed toys?? I can imagine so many other things to steal in someone's room. People are telling you to move on because there is nothing more that disney can do. SMH, I can't believe this thread has gone on for 3 pages with the OP continuing to whine about this. At his point, are we sure we're not getting trolled?
