Stitch Opening???

Does anyone know exactly when Stitch will be opening - we are heading down next month and are hoping to check it ut - anyone???

"Stitch’s Great Escape - (8/11/04) Screamscape has heard that Stitch may start a few very limited session Soft Openings sometime in the next couple of weeks (for an hour or two a day) and a tentative hard opening set for Sept. 1st."

I hope so.... I'm there at the end of Sept.!

my kids *LOVE* stitch and i have not even ventured to tell them that there will be a stitch attraction 'cause i imagined we would be there too soon... if sept 1st is correct, then we will make it 'cause we are leaving the 6th! how great would this be?!

In the Mickey Monitor (or Stitch Monitor) it said there would be passholder dates for Stitch's Great Escape before the general opening, but I don't have access to my AP number right now so I don't know when these dates are. You had to put in your AP number onthe website to find out. Anyone look this up on the WDW passholder site? This might have the general opening date too.

We're going to just miss it, leaving Aug 30. My husband and 2 daughters love stitch.

We renewed our APs so all we have are vouchers and we cannot access this information - anyone know???

We aren't purchasing our AP's until we arrive at WDW in September, so I can't look up the info online either. We'll be arriving 9/15 - here's hoping we get to preview it!!!

That would be so exciting if it's true!! Anyone know how accurate the rumors from Screamscape.com usually turn out to be?

I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much because all of the other rumors/info that I've read re: Stitch ride have indicated previews for AP holders through Sept and opening to the public later on... BUT... It would be SO exciting if it was actually open by the time we arrive!!! The boyfriend and I LOVE Stitch!!!

As of right now, the passholder section of the Disney World website still says " Please check back here at the end of August for preview dates — Stitch chewed up the plans and we're still piecing them back together. BAD STITCH!"
