I just got finished calling Disney Travel. I was told because my reservation was made before Feb. 23 that the stitch package could not be added. I was very nice and basically begged saying that we are not going until April and I just finished paying for the reservation a couple of weeks ago. The reservationist placed me on hold and then transferred me to a manager. The manager said the same thing - the computer won't let them add the stitch package unless the date is after Feb.23. Then I said my son would be so disappointed and the manager said that the only thing she could do was "change the reservation" and that the fee would be $25. I agreed and as the booking was changed today, I qualified for the stitch package and she added it to the package. She kept the reservation the exact same, otherwise. Same itinerary and same price. She also added stitch cards for every member of my party - four sets. The manager said because she had to change it, I wouldn't be able to view the reservation on-line anymore, but she would mail me a print-out. A side note - I had not received my fedex package yet from Disney Travel, so that is probably why she could change my reservation. She was very nice about the whole thing.
