Stitch Items from Booking Hotel at Parks

Wow I'm really going to call that girl back. If she could not see that then what kind of a receptionist is she.

They just closed . I'm so angry, I booked this vacation when they said "book at this time only for this package" and they didn't know what it is. But guess what, on the fine print it says "new reservations only", so I'm guessing everyone like myself who booked even an hour before this new vmk package was posted will NOT get the codes. If this is true VMK will be hearing from me BIG time since I DID book when they said "Book NOW for hat".

I believe it's hotel and tickets. I'm not sure about air, we have air in ours. I'm going to beg my heart out to the representative tomorrow to ask for a code or it'll break my heart. .

I just got finished calling Disney Travel. I was told because my reservation was made before Feb. 23 that the stitch package could not be added. I was very nice and basically begged saying that we are not going until April and I just finished paying for the reservation a couple of weeks ago. The reservationist placed me on hold and then transferred me to a manager. The manager said the same thing - the computer won't let them add the stitch package unless the date is after Feb.23. Then I said my son would be so disappointed and the manager said that the only thing she could do was "change the reservation" and that the fee would be $25. I agreed and as the booking was changed today, I qualified for the stitch package and she added it to the package. She kept the reservation the exact same, otherwise. Same itinerary and same price. She also added stitch cards for every member of my party - four sets. The manager said because she had to change it, I wouldn't be able to view the reservation on-line anymore, but she would mail me a print-out. A side note - I had not received my fedex package yet from Disney Travel, so that is probably why she could change my reservation. She was very nice about the whole thing.

Well glad to hear your whole party was able to get the cards as a part of your package, unfortunately at a fee of $25.

I will not be getting the stitch package. They apparently had changed my reservations from online to on the telephone since I called to ask about this so much so I no longer qualified as booking this online. I could cancel my vacation for $200-300 dollars and rebook online to get it but then I would lose me suite, premium seating and $150 gift card. I among others will be added to the long list of people wanting stitch codes. I am very disappointed at VMK for the lack of info. I would not have called to ask so much if they just posted more info about this.

This just boggles my mind. You spend how much on a trip to disney, and they can't throw in a few virtual prizes without forcing you to change your reservation? Looks like i won't be getting my Stitch package, since i booked my vacation last year, and had so much trouble with them double charging my credit card, mis-quoting prices, and having the wrong names. I can't take a chance of them screwing everything up again. Okay, rant over, I'm happy you were able to get your package Tink.

I'm sorry that you had to go through so much trouble for a virtual hat! But at least now you and your kids will be perfectly happy .
