Stitch - Is this the worst?

I'm not sure which would get top billing in my book, but I think it's a tie between SGE and Sounds Dangerous with Drew Carey.

2 rides that I will never ever ever ever do again! :crazy2:

I still say the worst is the "Figment-less" incarnation of Journey Into Imagination. I'd rather spend a full day in SGE and Sounds Dangerous than go through that again.

Well, okay... maybe just HALF a day of Sounds Dangerous. :rotfl:

i am not a stitch fan so going on this ride is of no interest to me.when my son and my nieces said they were going to get a fastpass for this i told them they were crazy for wasting a fastpass on a ride that people didnt like. they surely needed it or they would have been waiting for an hour. on our trip this past july every time i passed this attraction the lines were enormous. i often saw wait times of 60 minutes. so i guess there are plenty of people who really like this ride. the kids enjoyed it but only really wanted to ride it once

Stitch ride is by far the worst attraction at Disney!!!! Alien Encounter wasn't much better.

I was mad I wasted time on going on Stitch. I wish I had had more warning from disboards about it. I wish I would have gone on Buzz Lightyear again instead.

I actually liked Stitch. Me and DH did the ride/attraction for the first time in Sept and we had never seen Lilo and Stitch before. I have got to say because of this ride/attraction we love Stitch!! I must say the chili dog was pretty gross smelling but I thought it was so funny when he was bouncy bouncy bouncy on the harness things. I did shrug up my shoulders when they were coming down so they were a little further off my shoulders than they might normally be. All in all I think it was cute!!

Seeing all of today's posts about how much folks LOVED the former AE is really amusing considering the lack of accolades on these boards when AE was still open.

I agree -- this is hands down the most interesting thing about this thread. Not how people feel about stitch, but about how many are praising AE.

I thought AE was terrible. Not because it was scary, but because it was just lame. It also was so cruel in an undisney way that it seemed way out of place -- a pig in a parlor. Anyway, I know I'm treading over well worn ground, but I always thought this was a fairly universally held view, and it's interesting to see that AE had its fans.

And I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see history repeat itself years from now... when Stitch itself gets replaced by another attraction.

That of course is not to say that there won't also be those out there breathing a sigh of relief and saying something like "it's about time they got rid of that waste of space." :teeth:

I've noticed that fans seem to come out of the woodwork when a ride is replaced, and not just in this instance. It's kind of like the saying that an artist is never truly appreciated until after he/she dies. :rotfl:

I went into Stitch with an open mind. My kids had done it earlier and wanted to do it again so what the heck. I was really surprised that I thought it was as bad as I did. I didn't mind Alien Encounter, but this was just lame. My 7 yr old is really into Stitch and he enjoyed it but I just wish they had put more effort into it. Definitely a do once attraction for me.
