Never only you. Not when it comes to glitches on the app or website. (Most of the time it's just the website)
Best advice, go on the settings on your browser and clear all cookies with Disney in the name. I do this daily. This will fix most problems. The only time I find it doesn't is when they are having a true outage vs. just normal website glitches. I haven't a clue why their website has such issues with cookies but it does.
One way I found to know if it's a real outage vs. a glitch, if both the app and the website have problems, especially with accepting my log in. If both do it, then it's on Disney's end. At least that's been my experience.
