hi ive had ppl ask me if u get the stitch hat only going to DLR , but others think that u get them going to either WDW or DLR. is it onlt DLR,i think its in both

VMK card is sent in your final package once vacation package is paid in full . Package usually arrives 2-3 week prior to arrival date. Which would put you in the 30 day arrival date of your reservation Below is the cancellation / change fees on packages

LAND CANCELLATION/CHANGE FEES: A fee is assessed each time a change and/or cancellation is made. The cancellation/change fees are per reservation and are as follows:

29-5……………………....$50.............................$200
4-0………………............$75............................ 50% of package price
Failure to check in to the hotel on the scheduled arrival date or to utilize any portion of travel package without prior notice of cancellation or change is assessed fees equivalent to 100% of package price. Unused tour vouchers or other package components (including, but not limited to, admission tickets) are not exchangeable or refundable.
If appropriate insurance is purchased on or before final payment date, travel insurer may reimburse change /cancellation fees in accordance with terms of insurance policy. (Travel insurance is non-refundable once purchased.)


NOW thats a hefty cost to change or cancel your reservation for ONE virtual game card. Doesn't matter how many in party , one card per reservation.

well i honestly got CHEATED!!!
i booked w/disney to DLR in december here is the info

-grand californian, 6 night 7 day stay
- 7 day park hoppers for DL and california adventure
- got final package a few days prior to trip
still no stitch set

should i contact disney or email or via phone? what could i do to get my stitch packet?

You didn't get cheated if the Stitch package wasn't even available until recent bookings. That would be the same as me feeling "cheated" when I
went to Disneyland for the 50th celebration last summer.

I'll get over it.

If I were you, I would stop in at the Disney Travel office in downtown Disneyland and plead your case.....

bookings had to be online only , not via phone call and they had to be new bookings after a certain date , (can't remember date it started)

Dont think you will have any luck stopping at Travel center but doesn't hurt to try......

want to hear cheated....... had two room packages booked, cards came in final documents......three cards for each room one stitch hat , one pin and one travel box ( six cards total ) well one card does not work ( a stitch hat)( didn't find out till after trip no work ) tried calling Disneyland and was told bring the card to Guest services. and my question was to them , who's paying for return trip! Silence on the other end of phone line. So have written to the black hole of vmk saying code didn't work , heard nothing back so far

thanks for the advice tink,ill do that next time im there. my booking was online and i went in december so it wasnt summer
