so i got this figure of Stitch at a flea market a few weeks back and i cant find much info on him, all i found was that there is a variant that spews Saliva and it sold for $250. i want to know how rare it is, what its worth, where it came from, how many there are etc...

Thanks if you can help

also, i'm new here so this place looks pretty cool, i havent seen a Disney board with a toy section before

I think you're going to need to provide a lot more information if anyone is going to be able to help. There are so many Stitch toy/figures out there, that unless there is something super unique about it, it'll be hard to track down the info you're looking for.

How big is it?
What is it made of?
Is one solid piece or do any parts move/bend?
Is anything removeable?
Are there any identifying marks aside from the Disney copyright?

Now that you mention it, without having seen it in person you wouldnt know how big it is.

It is 20CM tall from Foot to Antena
its either Vinyl or Plastic (it is Hollow)
the head, waist and arms move, the Antenna look like they were made as a separate piece but are not removable
the Guns are completely attached to the hands
the only marking is the © Disney

It looks like one of the many action figures we sold in the Disneystores. Sold with a cardboard backing, in a plastic cover.

There was even a Halloween costume that looked exactly like this Stitch.

I have one for myself and my son has one. We are both huge Stitch fans. I got both of mine from Ebay. I believe they are from the Disney on Ice from around '03 or '04.
The other one that spits ooze is a Hasbro release and did come in a cardboard box. He talks and his two top arms go up and down when you move the spikes on his back up and down. Very pricey if still in the box. Reasonable when loose and played with.
Hope this sheds some light on the questions.

it is the outfit he wore when jumba first let him rampage, so there is alot of merchandise of it. i dont think something this big could go into a blister package

so this was sold at Disney on ice and never had packaging? how much did you pay for yours?

I can't say with certainty that it didn't come with packaging, but after recently attending Disney on Ice (and seeing what toys were available), I'm going to say it had no type of packaging. As for price, I recall $13 shipped for each one. Probably sold for $15 at Disney on Ice.

this was available recently at Disney on ice? the person i bought it from mentioned she paid $30 for him

No, I think it was back in '03 or '04 when they were available at Disney on Ice. I don't know what they sold for, as I did not buy mine then. I recently bought them on Ebay. The gentleman you bought it from could have paid $30 for it back then. I don't know for sure. Now you need to get yourself the talking/oozing version. I think there are some on Ebay right now.

It is under 8" tall, and TDS has sold toys that size in blister packs. Most recently, Toy Story action figures (now discontinued). It looks so familiar to me, but then again, it could be just something similar.

Good luck.

with the height it makes sense, but something this wide? he seems too big overall to fit in one. not just too tall
