Of course she can't win, the company has a right to tell someone if they are offending others. She came in this morning, and in front of everyone she thanked me for telling her someone went to the boss and complained about an odor she has, and that she was seeing a lawyer and suing the company if they didn't fire the person who slandered her! I told her to keep her voice down because it was a personal conversation, and she said she didn't care, she comes to work every day, doesn't bother anyone, and they talk about her to the boss???? She says they were wrong, she doesn't have a problem, the troublemaker does, and she was going to see that person loses their job or the whole company will be sued!
She doesn't realize many co workers have complained abiout her,( I thought it best to just say someone reported her poor hygeine, and not that many have complained) and when i tried to calm her down, she shrugged me off and stormed out of the building saying the boss will hear from her lawyer
I told my boss I am out of this mess, he can deal with it now!!!!!
