Stinkeye!!! Stinkyeye!!! Stinkeye!!! Stinkeye!!! Stinkeye!!! Stink Eye ! ! !!

So I have a question... I've decided I'm going to do a few "home-made" Christmas gifts this year. I thought I'd make up family baskets for a few of our friends and I need your opinions. I was thinking I'd put in some popcorn, a movie, hot cocoa mix, some boxes of candy like you get at theaters and I was considering jazzing up some pretzel rods a'la Goofy's Candy Co. SO my question is what are your favorite pretzel toppings?

I love white chocolate covered pretzels! Then you can use anything on them. Nuts, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, sprinkles - anything! :thumbsup2

Sorry, no help. I went to Goofy's Candy Co. for the first time last trip and the place was a madhouse. I watched some lady get in a fight with one of the workers too! I like your idea though. :)

What's peppermint bark? I don't know what that is. I think you should send me some.

We dont go to Goofy's. It's panic attack inducing. :scared:

She should send us all some in the UGG box.

Hmmmmm that is a good idea.....I wonder if it would melt. Maybe not since it's so cold everywhere.......

You take milk chocolate and melt it down and pour it on a cookie sheet on parchment paper. Then you melt white chocolate and pour it on the milk chocolate and make swirly patterns in it with a knife. Then you take a big bag of mints and crush them into little pieces. You sprinkle that all over the chocolate, let it all dry and harden then smash it into bark size pieces!

Sounds lovely. PM me for my address when you are ready to send them. :upsidedow

Miss a day and you miss alot.

My favorite chain restaurants are Provino's & Ruby Tuesday.

NO MORE WIRE HANGERS! lol I admit everytime I catch this movie on while flipping through I stop and watch.

I thought about doing that for my cousin. Her and her bf have everything. I am not sure that they need anything.

I love pretzels.
I like 'em with white choc & rolled in crushed candy canes.

I really love the choc. brown a friend got last week.
I think I might get 2-3 inches cut off. I am not sure.

You know where they have a great Caesar salad - honest to God? The POP Century food court. The ones they make for you - not the pre-made ones.

They are SO garlicky and SO good!!! :lovestruc
I will definitely be trying out the Caesar salad in 15 days! :cool1:

WOW, thanks for the walk down memory lane!! I'm listening right now. :goodvibes :rotfl: I love the line "You just a squirrel trying to get a nut" :lmao:

Plus, 35 is NOT middle-aged!

Never heard that song....... Before my time. :rolleyes1
I'm 38, I guess I'm over the hill. :lmao:

Crappy leftover pizza :guilty:

DH just had fat free ravioli and a piece of cake.

I'm in a picky mood and don't see anything I want.

Ward gets stink-eye for going to Disney without us. I'll have to try the ceasar salad the next time I'm at Pop.

Im super crabby today and having a crappy butt day at work.

I wont be here much - so have a good afternoon.

My mom's furious at my sister right now. We had to take our cats to the vet the other day, who my sister and I share, and my mom paid for it at the vet, on the condition we both pay her half the cost, $50 me, and $50 her.

I went to the bank that afternoon, and paid her back a few hours later. My mom is on the phone arguing with my sister because my sister doesn't have $50 to pay her back, and is saying my mom can just not give her a stocking at Christmas instead of her paying her back.

That's what my sister does. She owes people money, and then trades off her possesions instead of paying them back. I don't mind it so much, as the last time she owed me money I got four seasons of TV shows on DVD, that are worth at least $70 or more, and that was just for giving her a $15 gift card I still had from last Christmas, (she "needed" a new book,) and paying her half of the bill at lunch, (which wasn't that expensive.)

I don't get how she never has money though. She has no bills whatsoever, (no rent, no phone, no insurance, no car payments, etc,) and makes about $1,000 a month. I don't know where all her money goes. Probably on the stuff she buys that she then has to trade.

Anyway my mom's downstairs yelling at her and my dad, that she should have to pay rent and stuff, as she pays for nothing, saves nothing, and just blows her money on whatever.

Stink Eye for Angel being home all day! Stink eye to Ward for going to Disney. Stink eye to Disneyfav's sister for being a doofus. Stink eye to Cat for being crabby. Stink eye to Xena for being MIA!

Oh yeah, I had Mr. Submarine for lunch..........

Sounds exactly like my brother! he makes good money but he has bills though. He's just stingy with his money and would rather trade you something that he deems to be of no value than part with his cash. He's like Scrooge McDuck!

Mmmm subs are one of my all time favorite foods. I broke down and went to Subway for lunch.

It's nice being home all day but it would be nicer if DH weren't home all day too. He's still job hunting and it is a drag having him home cause he's bored and mopey. I feel like a babysitter trying to entertain him.

Grrrrrrr....

How's everyone's day going?

I need a vacation.
