Stingray City only or this with Rum Point Beach

We are trying to decide if we should do the Stingray City alone or the one with the Rum Poin Beach and Stingray City. If we choose the Rum Point and Stingray city - for those that have done this, did you feel rushed or would you rather have done Stingray City and then on your own if you have time spend some time at the beach. Thanks.

We chose not to do the tour through the ship, and we went with Nativeway Watersports for our Stingray City tour. They picked us up at 9:00am and brought us to Stingray City, then to the Coral Gardens for more snorkeling. We were back in town by 12:00. There is plenty of time to hit the beach on your own! Nativeway will also drop you off at 7-mile beach if you'd rather go there instead of downtown.

The best part is - the price is only $25 per person!
