I closed on 5/19 I have gotten nowhere by calling admin or accounting for my member#
So I guess I have to wait for the Packet?

Also the previous owners had banked pts that needed to be used by 6/1 what happens to those?

That's crappie it wasn't my fault I didn't use them. Disney should still honor those pts I waiting on them to put me in the system

I think the issue is that when you buy resell you aren't guaranteed the banked points. That is the risk of buying a contract with a bank must use by date that is pretty close.

Points can only be banked for one year according to all of our DVC agreements. They cannot be rebanked. It stinks that you didn't understand that (perhaps the broker should have been clearer) but even if Disney had given you immediate access to your points on 5/19 (which isn't possible since they have to receive the info from the closing company and set up your new account) you would have had to find availability and stayed using those points by 5/31. You would not have been able to use them for a trip this Sept. The expiration date for points doesn't mean book by X date it means travel by X date.
However if you meant that you needed to bank them by June 1st then DVC may very well grant you an extension to bank them into your next use year.
