Still Sassy after all this time!

Howdy, Sassies! We are about to take the computer apart, so wish us luck that Mr. FofP can get it back together! I feel like I am signing up to go to some deserted island and pray for a boat to come save me. I hope everyone has a great weekend, I'll check back in as soon as I am able. See ya!

May the force be with you FoP family! Hurry back to the 21st century please!

Nice deal on the dresses Judi.:woohoo: Can't beat that with a stick.

Tricia, I hope you have a nice last hurrah of a weekend with the kids before they head back to school. Just think about how little time is left before summer vacation-- that should make you feel better!:thumbsup2

Angus-- Oooh! I almost forgot about the annual pool party. Who is everyone bringing as their guest this year? I'm thinking I'd like to see Jonathan Rhys Meyer all greezed up in a Speedo.;) (Judi, you don't by chance have some bucket pictures of that nature, do ya?)

Squid-- I hope you come back from the beach nice & tan. But not orangey tan. And not with oily pecs. Or a Farrah Fawcett do. Or a scary lump in your swimming attire.

As for burying objects in my yard... funnily enough, I covered a frisbee up with mulch today, and I was too lazy to dig it up. Perhaps it'll be a little summer science experiment, on the degradation of plastic buried in the ground. As for actually burying something in the yard... I can't bring myself to do it. I slaved over that darn tootin sod last spring! It's my baby!

Hello Sassies!

I went to the Casino today. Had lots of fun and a free buffet but didn't come home a winner this time. :confused3

Kelsie and Kendall went to see the Hannah Montana Movie and liked it. That's one that I wouldn't have minded sitting through but I guessed I missed out on that one because it's not one that Colin wants to see.

So did all the Sassies have a good Saturday? Wilma how's the computer putting back together coming along?

Squiddy are you having fun in the sun today?

Bonnie I wish you would check in.

Shannon I had fun or not so much fun with mulch a few weekends ago. Can I just say I'm glad it's over.

Angie I forgot about the pool party. I should have plenty of cute little umbrellas to accompany our adult beverages because Kendall is having a Laua next Saturday for her 13th birthday and I ordered about a hundred of those little things.

So Judi have you and Cole moved on to looking for the right shoes and purse to go with the Prom Dress?

Becca, Mel & Julie hello to you all. I feel like I'm forgetting someone. :scratchin

Greetings, Sassies! Mr. FofP has saved the day, and the computer is now behaving itself.:thumbsup2 Thanks for willing the force to us, Shannon - we needed all the help we could get!

Tricia, I am right there with you on the Spring break thing - I hate to see it end. Usually, the kids are ready to go back and I am the one kicking and screaming!

Angie - Would you mind if I brought Viggo to the pool party again this year? His hotness over the past year has not diminished in the slightest, and he's still not married so I won't feel guilty!

Shannon - If you can't get a picture of your man, oiled up in a speedo, then maybe you can oil him up yourself and take your own picture! Sometimes, when it comes to oiling up hot men you just have to take a diy approach. Just ask Becca.;)

Squid - Hope you are having a great weekend!

Becca - I finished the Twilight books - they were great! Who was your favorite character? That goes for anyone else here who read them, too!

Hi Bonnie, Kimmy, Julie, Judi! Have a great weekend, guys!

Just giving our Sassies a much needed bump. Everyone must be having a great and computer free weekend.

Good morning Sassies! I knew spring wouldn't last, they are calling for snow flurries tomorrow. Yuck!

Wilma, glad your computer decided to shape up. Did you give it your Kate Gosslin look?

Tricia, I want to go to the casino! We drove by on the way home from Chicago Saturday evening, but just couldn't stop becasue of the boys.

Shannon, a frisbee buried in the yard will bring many people through your door and one will purchase it.

Squiddy, hope you had fun sipping margaritas in Florida.

Judi, daughter Judi.

Angie, I'm bringing someone new to the pool party this year. I've decided I have to expand my horizons. So I am bringing Simon Baker.:lovestruc

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. If you're a duck. :)
Changing to that white stuff tonight. Becca, you may keep it if your little heart desires.

Wilma, glad your computer is no longer a bot. Cole is getting a bot message that tells her to check her friend's moms new pictures on facebook.

Tricia, the shoe ordeal has not started, yet.
Squiddy, hope it went well this weekend.
Angie, I'm still lookin for a pool party date. I can tell no one wants me to bring Joe aka Mr. Universe 1970's.
Shannon, you need to bury St. Joesph.

Grill cheese yes, tomato soup no. Dill pickles are a must.

Happy Monday

Good Morning Sassies.

It's back to school for my kids today. Spring Break went all too fast but only 35 days left until summer for them so it'll be here soon enough.

Judi shopping for shoes isn't nearly as hard as prom dress shopping. It'll be a breeze for you.

Becca I must be living under a rock because I don't think I know who Simon Baker is?

So Sassies how was your weekend?

Oh and it was Kimmy that I forgot in my last post so hi Kimmy. :wave2:

Judi, you can bring your 70s Mr. Universe that way you know no one else will steal him!

Tricia, Simon Baker is in the show The Mentalist, its on CBS Tuesday nights usually although for some reason its on tonight.:confused3

Good morning, Sassies! It seems that I will need all of you to help build the ark that will be necessary by this afternoon. I have two giraffes and an errant hippo on the lawn already, so get crackin'!

Tricia, I am considering the $30 Edward for my living room. What do you think Mr. FofP would think?;)

Becca - Snow in April should be unconstitutional. Speak to your senator about it, and we'll start a movement.

Judi - I am putting the nix on Mr. Universe 1970 unless he agrees to go on an all Ho Ho diet and lose some of those muscles. Try again.

Angie - How about Memorial Day weekend for your pool party? That way, we could use the whole weekend and have a day to recover from the revelry too.:goodvibes

Shannon - you must bury a water gun in with your frisbee so it does not get lonely. Lonely, bored frisbees have been know to spring out of the ground and whack potential homebuyers on the head. That would certainly thwart any purchase plans, so steal one of Reece's water gun while he's looking the other way and get busy if you know what's good for you!

Hi Bonnie, Kimmy, Julie et al! Have a great day!

They put him on tonight just to please you and get your week off to a good start. You deserve it!:)

I just took Wally out for his last constitutional before I leave for work and I have made two observations that I would like to share.

1) Golf sized umbrellas are a fabulous thing.

2) If the rain does not let up soon I will have to teach my collie to swim. Does anyone have an extra sheep that I can throw in the pond developing in my yard? Perhaps that would facilitate things.

That is all.

Hi Sassies - I'm home. My weekend was terrific - it was all I could have hoped for and more!

Hi Sassies - I'm home. My weekend was terrific - it was all I could have hoped for and more!

Glad to hear it Squiddy.

Good Morning Sassies! :wave2:

Today Colin and I are going to the movies. He's ditching a school field trip and we're having a day just the two of us. His field trip was to a museum that he really didn't care going to, the cost for the both of us was $34.00 and it's about an hour away. They don't let the parents ride on the buses with the kids I think for insurance reasons. So, we are blowing that off and having a fun day to ourselves.

Good morning, Sassies! Well done, Tricia! I am all for ditching school for mom-kid time. I used to schedule a mom and me day at the Smithsonian every spring for my boys but now that I have this preschool gig I can't get away with it. More power to you! What are you going to see?

Squid - glad you had a great weekend. Care to share any details?;)

Judi - do you have snow, or did you successfully divert it Becca's way?

Hi Becca, Angie, Bonnie, Kimmy, Julie et al! Have a splendid day!

Hello, Sassy friends - I am saving our thread from obscurity on page 5! bumpity bump bump bump!

Did I tell you all that I am taking my class to a llama farm on Friday for a field trip? It's true! Apparently, if the children are quiet and fairly still the llamas will encircle them as a group and commune with them. Nothing like communing with llamas, I say!

Morning Sassies.

Wilma the llama's sound like fun but don't they spit on you? I think I saw that on Animal Planet or something. Come to think of it maybe it was on the Funny Video show.

Colin and I saw Monsters vs. Aliens yesterday. It was ok but rather weird that they only had six of us in the whole theater. I had to keep reminding myself that it was a school day.

Where oh where are the sassies today, oh where oh where can they be? :guilty:

Good morning, Sassies! Yes, Tricia, llamas will spit if they are irritated. However, I have never been known to irritate a llama and I don't intend to start now!;) I have been wondering about Monsters V. Aliens - was it funny?

QOTD - If you were on the Love Boat, which character would you be (putting gender aside, you know)? I would like to think I would be cool like Isaac but I am probably closer to Gopher.:rotfl: What about you?

Judi - Cheez Whiz significance, please? Oh, and my flipping turkey has been eyeing your dancing potato and wants a date. Would you relay the message?

See ya later, Sassygators!

QOTD~ I loved watching the Love Boat. :boat: I alwayed wanted to be Julie because I thought she had the coolest job.
