The bucket cracks me up!!!!
The bucket cracks me up!!!!
Good morning sassies!
My kids are off of school today because it's the end of the third nine weeks already. Teachers have to turn their grades in and report cards come home next week. Summer will be here before you know it.
Kendall has a cheer competition this weekend. We are leaving around lunch time today and will spend the weekend will lots of overly excited 12 to 14 year olds. They had what they call a "show off" on Wednesday night for all the parents, grandparents, friends etc. at the school and I just about died when I saw how high they threw Kendall up in the air for a basket toss without any mats on the floor. She is so excited and of course I'm excited for her.
As part two of yesterday's QOTD I thought I'd ask the opposite of the name brands question. What store brand things do you buy most often?
I always buy store brand milk, some ceraels, Pop Tarts (the girls only eat the Pop Tart brand but Colin only likes the store brand)paper plates unless it's for a party than I get the sassy ones, tomato sauce and paste, and pasta. I'm sure there are plenty more but that's what comes to mind for now.
Hi Bonnie!
Glad you are better. For some reason the sickness this year just drags on and on...
The zoo sounds fun.
I need to get busy today with some straightening up that I have been putting off. I changed most of the clocks and think I need a nap. Still not rested up from the sleepover, I guess.
Have a sassy one!!
Hi Sassies! Happy Sunday!
Yesterday we went to the National Zoo. There is nothing my girls love more than going to the zoo. It was pretty fun. There is a baby gorilla that was born in January!
I'm feeling a lot better, but I can't seem to get back to normal. I just don't feel right.
So what is everyone up to this weekend? I hope you're all doing GREAT!
I just returned from taking the boys and Wally to the park. We all enjoyed the fresh air and exercise until Wally barfed in the car on the way home. I wonder if he will ever get over this carsickness thing. It's no fun traveling with a barfy pup. Julie, you should send Atlas here for a vacation while you are vacationing. Wally and Atlas can share the pup tent and commiserate about the heat.![]()
I had told myself we couldn't go to WDW this year and the best thing to do was pay bills... Well, like a true Sassie, I just took a curious look at South West's packages and told myself "they are almost paying us to go!" So we get to go to the World at the end of May!! My mom is going to and we are staying in a family suite at ASMu. So I am excited.
Great - I've killed the thread!
