Still not getting any mypoints email

I updated my and DH's profile to a new email address, after not using the program for several months. Our accounts at Mypoints are still active, with more than enough points for a GC, but I was hoping to increase my points. I emailed them with my problem and I keep getting the "canned answer". Do I need to begin a new account with a referral or is that not allowed? Thanks!
 
If its any consolation, I haven't received any mail from them either. I sent them a question and didn't even get a canned answer!! Maybe they are taking a long vacation.
 
I haven't had any e-mails for about a week or two myself.
 
Seeing how Max use to take the weekends off, I'm assuming that the MyPoints folks are on a long holiday vacation. I got 3 emails the other day, but that's been it since before Christmas.

I don't think you're allowed to open another account. I'm sure it states pretty clearly somewhere that it's one account per person. Give 'em a few days, and email them again if you haven't received anything. But for now I think the email person is taking a break.
 

It should be no problem switching the email address. I just did it recently. I did encounter a problem last spring when I noticed I wasn't getting any emails from MP. One morning, my IP woke up and decided that MP was on their 'bad email' list. The same happened with DIS emails. I made some calls, and then one morning, everything started showing up again.

OTH, I haven't gotten any MP email the last couple of days either so maybe they are all on vacation.
