Still no show schedule for HS this February?

Maybe it hasn't been released because they are still figuring out Seasons of the Force? There also are no Fantasmic dinners available.

That's what most are thinking. Season of the Force includes fireworks: Fantasmic's schedule has to coordinate with the fireworks schedule. Once that is set, Fantasmic Dinners should be back on the Dining site.

No one knows when Season of the Force begins. The Fantasmic schedule is set for January.

I was just looking for Fantasmic dining packages in Feb and I see you can book for Jan but not Feb. Hoping this changes soon.

The fireworks will only be on the weekends. Season of the Force should be daily; SWW should return for weekends only.

You are so much more in the know than I am. What's the difference between Seasons of the Force and just the fireworks show?

Most are guessing Season of the Force is the promo for the SW movie and should be similar to how Frozen took over the park. Launch Bay (old Animation Building) should open before or with Season of the Force and now, the SW 1/2 Marathon weekend will be in April.

Forgot to ask - How does Fantasmic work with the Frozen fireworks? Do they do them after Fantasmic?

Yes. Fireworks, whether Frozen or SWW, have begun about 15 minutes after the first Fantasmic ends when there are two Fantasmics.

If there is only one Fantasmic scheduled 30 minutes after the park closes, the fireworks happen 15 minutes before the park closes.

I emailed Disney last week about the dining packages and someone called me yesterday. They said the dining packages would be released later this month and they are waiting for the department that schedules show times to finish the schedule.

She did mention though that if you have a reservation for one of the dining package restaurants you can turn that reservation into a dining package. She said to just call and they would modify the reservation. She also mentioned that when the packages opened up there would be no additional tables so the reservations that are out there now for the restaurants are what's available. Not sure the accuracy but that's what I was told.

That would be an unusual situation.
Time will tell if they will actually do it that way.

Interesting we have a lunch resi at Hollywood and vine because I wanted a Fantasmic pacakage hoping I'm able to convert it to the resi we have to the dining package

Oo that would be great! Originally I couldn't even get a regular lunch at H&D for February 11, but more recently I checked again and there were several times available (for 9 people!). That makes me wonder if they did indeed open up tables that would have otherwise been Fantasmic Dining tables.

I did add the fantasmic dining package to my dining scout watch list but I'm basically checking every day.

Was able to grab a 4:30 Brown Derby reservation (non-Fantasmic). It looks like a few more times opened up for the day I was looking.

Times are now posted for February for Fantasmic! It also lists a parade at dark. What parade would that be?
