Cruise is in 27 days and still haven't received anything in the mail.
Should I call the cruise line??

In my experience the booklets and tags are usually put in the mail about 30 days out. I would not be freaking out being only on the 3rd day from that mark.

There is no rhyme or reason as to who is sent their cruise docs first and why. Multiple people can receive them the same day and others aren't postmarked until days or weeks later. I would expect most (not using a TA who gathers and mails with other documents) should have them by 3 weeks out, as an estimate based on my personal experience as a cruiser and info I'm aware of as well. I know it's exciting - even after 16 cruises I still get so geeked out when ours arrive :)

You should hopefully have them soon.

Have fun,
Heather

As other folks mentioned usually you get them in plenty of time before you depart home for your cruise. Recently we booked a last minute cruise (3 1/2 weeks before sailing) and did not receive our luggage tags until the day before we left. We still should have received them a week before departure but happened to have a long holiday weekend hit around the time they were supposed to have mailed so that added to the delay.

But there will be blanks/extras available at the port terminal (and at the DCL check in area at the airport terminal) you can put your name and cabin # on.

We were staying the night before at the Hyatt airport and decided to stretch our legs from the flight after we arrive so wander down that way.

We usually get them in plenty of time but last time we didn't. I knew something was up when our 2nd weeks docs (we were doing a b2b) turned up. No sign of the 1st week. Emailed our TA who checked with DCL. Definitely sent out. They finally arrived during our 2nd week :confused3 (had family checking our mail).
Got tags from the porters but it wasn't as convenient as having the bags all ready to go.

We usually get ours 1 - 2 weeks prior with exception of my upcoming cruise in which we received our documents and tags 6 weeks prior. I think it is because our cruise is not full. I've always been on sold out cruises where they sell lots of GTY status rooms which usually means lots of cabin shifting and room upgrades.
