Still no dues yet?

Hi...we are new owners and have not yet had to pay dues...we have not yet got our papers in the mail...should we already got these?

I haven't gotten mine either...... I wouldn't worry. If you know what the new price for the maint fee for your resort is, and how many points you have - well - sadly you already know what you owe So just plan on that for the 15th-ish. You do have quite a large grace period to actually pay, and you don't have to mail the statement in - we just call MS and pay over the phone. If you haven't seen how much the new amount is for your resort - search the threads for Maintenance Fees - there was a long one here not long ago that listed all the new amounts. Or you can just call MS and they'll tell you. That way you can feel more prepared! For some reason I never seem to get my mail from Disney until REALLY late.....BTW I live in FL....

I called accounting and was told to log on to Disney.com log in and pay right through their, it was easy put it on my Disney credit card

Go My dvc and you'll see annual Dues
