We paid Disney the initial $2000 deposit on June 14th and still haven't received our packet with our free annual passes. We are heading down to WDW in 40 days to do a planning session and mini vacation, so we were really counting on those free AP's! Should we email our planner? And if so, what should we ask for specifically? I don't want to just say "Hey, wheres our free AP's!!" LOL What else comes in the packet with the AP's?

I think you can call and explain that you need your passes...I don't think that they are free....I think that they are apart of the package and you are paying for them....they are yours and you need them...I know sometimes we dont want to seem like we are harrassing or being greedy..but give them a call on Monday

I didn't get my planning packet with the passes or anything until the week before our PS but our PS was 7 months out instead of 6 months so mine may have been different then most.
