We got notice on 2/28 that our contract passed ROFR. We are working with TSS and *** and we haven't gotten our closing docs yet. I did contact them last week and they said that Disney is slow on getting all the docs to them. What gives? Anyone else in this situation right now? I'm starting to get really impatient. The waiting stinks!:rolleyes2

We are in the same situation, we were notified we passed ROFR on our AKV resale on March 11th. I just contacted Fidelity to see about the delay and they said we should be receiving the docs soon!

Average time from offer to making a reservation is 75 days.

I think every situation is different based on what I have read here. Personally I thought the time from making an offer to hearing back from right of first refusal took for ever! But we heard we passed on February 25, had our closing documents two days later, and the sale closed the following week. I'm now waiting on my membership packet which I hope to receive within the next week or so! I hope things begin to speed along for you...

There was a long delay in receiving my membership info from Disney via mail...but my membership popped up on my DVC log-in only a few days after the docs were recorded on the OCC website.

Does anyone know if the "Notice" of ROFR waiver must appear in the Orange County Comptroller's site before the title compan proceeds to sending the buyer the closing docs?
